Bookings & Services:

By booking a session at Burncity Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below. All bookings must be confirmed in advance, and payment is required to secure your session.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund.
• If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no discounts or refunds will be provided.
• In the unlikely event that Burncity Studio must cancel your session, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

Returns (for Digital/Creative Work):

Due to the nature of audio recording, mixing, and mastering services, all work delivered is considered final. Revisions may be provided as part of your package or at an additional cost, as outlined prior to commencing the project.

Memberships / Subscriptions:

If you purchase a membership or subscription package, the terms (including inclusions, validity, and usage limits) will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Memberships and subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Liability:

Burncity Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged files after the final delivery of your project. Clients are advised to back up their work upon receipt.
